On August 9, 2011 Suburban News Publications will celebrate the 17th anniversary of the Young At Heart Festival for Active Seniors at the Aladdin Shrine Center. This year's event promises to be bigger and better than last year. We have an extensive line-up of entertainment and more than 50 exhibitors to enlighten us on how to stay "young at heart." We will also have our feature entertainer, "The Bill Foley Trio" perform prior to the 2011 Senior of the Year award presentation. SNP started this festival seventeen years ago when we realized how very different seniors are today than in past generations. With better health and longer lives, seniors are an important factor in the collective soul of a community. Come and join the fun and festivities. Entertainment, Admission and Parking are FREE!!!
